Good but not great!
연어, 연어알, 성게알 다 신선하고 맛있게 먹었습니다. 근데 광어는 도착했을때부터 거의 다 녹아있었고 색도 제가먹던 광어보다 좀 누리끼리하고 냄새도 조금났지만 아쉬운마음에 한입 씹어봤는데 식감도 푸석푸석 했습니다ㅠ 생으로 먹을수 없다고 판단해서 그냥 국에 다 넣어버렸네요… 광어를 제일 기대를 많이했는데 리뷰를 보니까 다그런건 아닌것 같고 제가받은 광어는 신선하지 않았던것같네요 ㅠ

미국에 살면서 한국에서 먹던 생선회를 항상 그리워하고 있었는데 사시미용 광어, 그것도 한국산을 판다는 소식을 듣고 홀린듯이 광어회, 참돔회를 주문했다. 냉동 횟감은 처음이라 기대 반 걱정 반 심정이었는데, 생각보다 괜찮은 맛에 감동~~!! 냉동횟감은 해동 후 하루정도 냉장고에서 숙성시키면 식감이 좋아진다고 해서 따라해보았다. ㅎㅎ 한국에서 먹던 활어회의 쫀득한 식감보다는 덜하지만 신선한 한국산 회를 먹을 수 있다니 그걸로 만족!!
정말 맛잇게 먹었습니다. 양이 보기보다 많네요. 무게로 보면 작아 보이는데 상당합니다.

Salmon stayed fresh for a couple of days after we picked up our order. Good for poke and sushi. Young Ocean included the condiments (red chili paste, soy sauce, sushi wasabi), which was a plus.
This salmon filets are perfect for our family needs.

Sizes of fishes are pretty big. I've got about 16 fishes inside the bulk box. I cleaned and seasoned for my own taste, which is less salty than market selling mackerels. Would recommend this product.

easy to order online and quick to fulfill the order and pick up. The salmon was fresh and delicious! We cut them up to eat some as sashimi the day of and stored the rest in the freezer. I highly recommend for gatherings, this is much more fresh and cheaper then any restaurants!
